Welcome to the Ebenezer Baptist Church of Englewood, New Jersey, where we are "Sharing Our Gifts to the Glory of God" (1 Peter 4:10). The Ebenezer Baptist Church is motivated with the purpose of reaching out to the greater community and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are led by the Holy Spirit to use our many gifts that God has blessed us with to make a difference in our community and in the world. At Ebenezer, we embrace the South African concept of Ubuntu, the understanding of collective love and work for humanity, which symbolizes our support, encouragement, and upliftment of one another that comes from the call that is placed upon us by Jesus Christ to "Love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 19:19).
